Washington Democrats’ Statement on Trump Elections Executive Order
Seattle, WA – Today, Washington State Democrats released the following statement regarding President Trump’s executive order to overhaul elections for his own benefit:
“Elections in our country, especially in Washington state where we vote entirely by mail, are safe, easy, fair, and fun! Washingtonians don’t need Donald Trump injecting his conspiracy theories into our voting systems,” said Stephen Reed, a spokesperson with Washington Democrats. “We look forward to Washington state joining others in court to stop these blatantly unconstitutional policies that are only aimed at weakening our democracy.”
